Return & Exchange policy
1. Loss of transportation / package not delivered
If your order has been shipped and the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it or requested it, you must contact the U.S. Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) directly to track the package. We are not responsible for any package lost/stolen/delayed by the carrier or any package not picked up/signed by the customer. Except for the parcels confiscated by the customs, any parcels confiscated by the customs will be refunded after deducting the transportation costs.
2. Exchange/return
Exchange
If you are not satisfied with our items and want to exchange them, we will re-ship the correct products you want to exchange (normal time: about a week); you need to pay for the transportation.
Return
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the goods to us within 15 days after receiving the package for a full refund.
Except for quality issues, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us before returning.
Note:
*The product must be in the state at the time of purchase and in the original box and/or packaging.
*After we receive your returned package, it will be checked by our fulfillment center (usually processed within 72 hours after receipt).
*We will process your refund within 7 days, please pay attention to your email dynamics.
